We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Your order will arrive within 14 days from the shipping date. For those who need their orders faster, our Express Shipping option delivers within 2-3 days.

Orders are processed within 24-72 hours from the order date. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Full Refund: If the product meets the return conditions and is returned within 15 days, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding international orders).
- Free Shipping Deduction: For items that had free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
- If the order is canceled, original shipping fees and a 10-25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
