• Protect from Light & Heat: To maintain the vibrancy of colors over time, store your garments away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Handle with Care: When wearing your abaya, be mindful of jewelry or accessories that could snag or damage the fabric.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Your order will arrive within 14 days from the shipping date. For those who need their orders faster, our Express Shipping option delivers within 2-3 days.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-72 hours from the order date. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Verification Delays

Issues with verifying your address may cause a delay of 24-48 hours.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of your delivery date.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Non-Refundable: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
• Full Refund: If the product meets the return conditions and is returned within 15 days, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding international orders).
• Free Shipping Deduction: For items that had free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

• The customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
• If the order is canceled, original shipping fees and a 10-25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Timeline:

• Allow 7-10 business days for return processing.
• Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
